At Racing Prodigy, we respect your privacy and are committed to protecting it through our compliance with this policy. This policy describes:

  • The types of information we may collect or that you may provide when you access our website (the “Site”), participate within any tournament using third party games, or participate in any tournament broadcast (collectively our “Services”); and
  • Our practices for collecting, using, maintaining, protecting, and disclosing that information.

This policy applies only to information we collect through the Services described above. 

This policy DOES NOT apply to information that:

  • We collect offline, or
  • You provide to or is collected by any third party (see Third-Party Information Collection).

The Site may contain links to third-party websites, products or services. The Site may also display content from third parties. Child Privacy

We do not knowingly collect Personal Data from children under the age of 16 in the Game. We believe it is important to safeguard the privacy of children and encourage parents to regularly monitor their children’s use of online activities. If you are a parent and believe that your child under the age of 16 has accessed and/or played the Game and provided personally identifiable information to us, please contact us at privacy@racingprodigy.com and we will work to delete that account and any such personally identifiable information. This in compliance with Article 6(1)(c) of the GDPR.

We collect several types of information from and about users of the Services, from two sources:

  • You, either directly when provide it to us or automatically when you use the Site to make e-commerce purchases or when signing up for a membership; and
  • Third parties.

 

Information You Provide Directly Through the Services

When using the Services, you may provide us with certain types of information which may include, information:

  • By which you may be personally identified, such as name, username, date of birth, state or country of residence, platform id, email address or any other identifier by which you may be contacted online or offline (“personal information”).

  • Information that you provide when you make e-commerce purchases.
  • Information that you provide if you contact us directly, for example, for customer support.
  • Information that you provide if you register for a tournament.
  • Information that you provide when completing your profile on the Site.
  • Information you provide to us when submitting use-generated content or feedback, including any information provided when completing a survey.
 

Information Collected Automatically When You Use Our Services

When you use the Services it may use technology to automatically collect:

  • Usage Details. When you use the Site, it may automatically collect certain details of your access to and use of the Site including your account id, time spent on each page viewed, links clicked, accessibility options selected, logs, the resources that you access and use on or through the Site and other information and statistics.

 

  • Device Information. Through the Site, we may collect information about your device and internet connection, including the device’s unique device identifier, IP address, and operating system. The following may also be collected: IP address, device events, hardware settings, browser language, the date and time of request and referral URL and unique browser ID.

 

Do Not Track Disclosure

The Services do not support “Do Not Track” browser settings and do not currently participate in any “Do Not Track” framework that would enable us to respond to Do Not Track signals.

Information Collection Technologies: Cookie Policy. Like most websites, we may use small data files that are saved on the user’s computer, tablet, mobile phone or other mobile device (collectively referred to as “device”) to record certain data each time a user logs in or interacts with our websites, services, apps, messaging systems and tools. Where, How and How Long We Store Your Information

We store your information securely in the United States using third-party vendors and hosting partners who implement industry standard security measures. By using the Services, you authorize us to transfer, store and process your information in the United States and any other country where we operate.

 

We keep your information only for the length of time necessary to fulfill the purposes for which the information was collected, or until you ask us to delete it, whichever occurs first. For example, if you have an account with us, we will retain the personal information associated with your account for the lifetime of your account, and for twelve months thereafter in case you wish to reactivate your account. We retain analytics data for a maximum period of 12 months. If applicable laws require us to store your information for a longer period, then we will keep your information for the period of time required by law. When it is no longer necessary or required for us to retain your data, we will delete it.

 

Cross-border Data Transfers

Where cross-border transfers of data are necessary, we will take reasonable steps to safeguard the privacy of your personal information. These steps may include implementing standard contractual clauses where recognized by law, obtaining your consent, or other lawful means of transferring personal information.

  • The right to access – You have the right to request Racing Prodigy provide you with copies of your personal data. We may charge you a small fee for this service.
  • The right to rectification – You have the right to request that Racing Prodigy correct any information you believe is inaccurate. You also have the right to request Racing Prodigy to complete information you believe is incomplete.
  • The right to be forgotten – You have the right to request that Racing Prodigy erase your personal data, under certain conditions.
  • The right to restrict processing – You have the right to request that Racing Prodigy restrict the processing of your personal data, under certain conditions.
  • The right to object to processing – You have the right to object to Racing Prodigy’s processing of your personal data, under certain conditions.
  • The right to data portability – You have the right to request that Racing Prodigy transfer the data that we have collected to another organization, or directly to you, under certain conditions.

The information collected by the above mentioned third parties may be associated with your personal information, or they may collect information, including personal information, about your online activities over time and across different games, apps, and other online services. They may use this information to provide you with interest-based (behavioral) advertising or other targeted content.  We do not control these third parties’ tracking technologies or how they may be used. Changes to Our Privacy Policy

We may update our privacy policy from time to time. If we make material changes to how we treat our users’ personal information, we will post the new privacy policy on this page with a notice that the privacy policy has been updated.
